The smallest creatures with the biggest impact
Biologicals are the digestive system of the plant. With the ability to provide Nitrogen to soybeans and other crops, biologicals also make nutrients plant available and give you strong soil structure. Capture your best yield yet.
ABM: America’s Best Inoculant
- Soybean
- Peanuts
- Peas & Lentils
Benefits
Highly adaptable to multiple soil types and adverse conditions.
Proven choice for new soybean ground.
Application is fast and easy, and can be done right in your planter box or as you fill.
Continues to give economic gain even after soybeans have been in rotation for several years.
Compatible with most common seed treatments
Application
The two most common application methods are below. Refer to the America’s Best Inoculant® label for specific rates and directions for use.
1. Inoculating as you fill your planter.
A proportional amount of inoculant can be manually or mechanically introduced to a flowing stream of seed and the process of the seed flowing will evenly disperse the inoculant on the seed.
2. Sprinkle application.
Moisten seed in planter box with 3 ounces of water per 50 lbs. of seed. (Sterile form does not require moistening of the seed.) Add one bag of America’s Best Inoculant® for Soybeans non-sterile inoculant per 1500 lbs. of seed, or one bag of sterile inoculant per 2000 lbs. seed, and mix until seed is completely covered. Please note: it is best to mix in 50 lb. increments.

Sabrex™ by ABM™
- Corn
- Wheat & Barley
- Cereals
Benefits
Why Trichoderma Fungi?
Trichoderma colonizes with the plants root system and develops a symbiotic relationship with the plant. The Trichoderma feed from the starches and sugars produced by the plant; while exuding beneficial enzymes and proteins for the host plants use. As a result the plant produces a larger root system improving its nitrogen and water use efficiency, thus resulting in higher yields.
Larger Root Systems
The first thing farmers point out when harvesting crops treated with SabrEx™ is the difference in root mass and fine hairs in comparison to untreated crops of the same variety. The Trichoderma colonizes in the root system, maximizing the utilization of nutrients. The enzymes and proteins exuded by the Trichoderma result in a larger root system. This root colonization can affect the physiology of the whole plant, including the root system and even foliar/leaf biology.
Increase Tillering in Cereal Crops
One of the most important benefits of SabrEx™ for Wheat and Cereals is the increased tillering which ultimately leads to increased yields.
Efficient Use of Nutrients in Soil
Because SabrEx™ produces a larger root system and improves nitrogen efficiency, the treated crop improves topsoil tilth and nitrogen scavenging.
Application
SabrEx™ for Corn is available in three different formulations:
SabrEx™ for Corn PB
SabrEx™ for Corn PB is a planter box treatment that can be added just before planting at the planter box. It consists of a talc/graphite formulation as the carrier for the Trichoderma. You will add .5 oz. of SabrEx™ for Corn PB for every 80K kernel unit of seed you add to your planter. Make sure to mix the SabrEx™ for Corn PB into the seed corn thoroughly. It should be noted; The talc/graphite formulation also helps to lubricate your planter equipment and also helps provide seed flowability. SabrEx™ for Corn PB will not replace your talc or graphite that you’ve been using, however it will complement your treatment. Refer to the SabrEx™ for Corn PB label for specific rates and directions for use.
SabrEx™ for Corn HC
SabrEx™ for Corn HC is a high concentrate formulation specifically formulated for commercial seed treaters and seed companies. It has a low application rate of 0.25 oz./80K kernels of seed. Once on the seed, SabrEx™ for Corn HC will not expire for two planting seasons. Applying SabrEx™ for Corn HC to the seed in the bag is a huge convenience to the grower. The farmer will simply add the seed to the planter and plant as usual. Refer to the SabrEx™ for Corn HC label for specific rates and directions for use.
SabrEx™ for Corn LQ
SabrEx™ for Corn LQ is a liquid high concentrate formulation for commercial treaters only. It has a low application rate of 0.16 fl/oz./80k unit of seed. One 32 oz. jug will treat 200 units of corn. Once on the seed, SabrEx™ for Corn LQ will not expire for two planting seasons. Applying SabrEx™ for Corn LQ to the seed is a convenience to the grower. Refer to the SabrEx™ for Corn LQ label for specific rates and directions for use.
